Roma Rican is a Johnston County based food truck operation that travels to all of the surrounding counties of North Carolina.  Our name is derived from mine and my wife’s heritage; mine from Italy, and hers from Puerto Rico.

 

In 2015 we moved to Wake County North Carolina and thoroughly loved living here; but quickly realized that we missed our friends, family, and especially the food that we were used to eating on a daily basis. Though we were unable to import our friends and family to NC, we decided that we would recreate some of the ethnocentric foods that we were both raised on; hence, ROMA RICAN “A TASTE OF NEW YORK DOWN SOUTH”

 

We specialize in authentic Italian and Puerto Rican delicacies that were offered in our native NYC roots. 

 

• Our specialties include homemade Italian style sausage in 4 flavors; plain, hot, fennel, and cheese and parsley where the cheese is sharp provolone imported from Italy.

• We also offer homemade meatball and meatball parmigiana.

•  Homemade empanada's in 3 flavors; beef, chicken, and cheese.

• Best ever Buffalo Wings with a homemade chunky blue cheese dipping sauce that is out of this world.

• Homemade bread pudding with a caramel sauce.

•  As well as various specials of the day.
